Jane Fox

Jane is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law and has practised exclusively in Family Law since her admission in 2003. Jane joins Clelands Lawyers following a two-year appointment as a Judicial Registrar at the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

Jane has extensive experience in running complex property settlement matters involving issues such as bankruptcy, cross jurisdictional issues and complicated trust and business structures. Jane has also has a wealth of experience in acting in matters which involve diverse family units and is passionate about ensuring inclusive access to justice for all parents and care providers.

Jane is known for providing succinct and direct advice to her clients and works hard to ensure exceptional representation for her clients. Whilst she is committed to achieving results for clients by way of dispute resolution and has experience in both conducting and being involved in mediation and Family Dispute Resolution conferences, she is well versed in conducting litigation in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

Jane is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia and the Law Society of South Australia and has been both a member and past Chair of the Family Law Committee, the body representing family lawyers in South Australia.
