Charles Beresford
Charles was admitted to practice in 1989. After gaining experience mainly in the fields of criminal and civil litigation, in the past twenty years he has focused on drafting wills and providing advice on the management of deceased estates.
Charles prepares will and estate plans as appropriate, ranging from the most basic needs through to detailed documents encompassing complex business and investment structures. He takes pride in explaining his strategies and the documents prepared by him in a clear and concise manner. When acting on matters concerning deceased estates, he will work with clients in a measured and efficient manner, with a view to finalising the matter as soon as possible.

Charles enjoys keeping fit and is often seen jogging around the streets of Adelaide or limbering up a Pilates class. He is a keen supporter of both the North Adelaide Football Club and Adelaide Crows and a passionate follower of all that is cricket. He enjoys family gatherings, catching up with friends and all music from the 60 and 70’s era with Bruce Springsteen a standout favourite.
