Nick McCarthy
Nick was admitted in 2008 and has recently joined our Litigation and Insolvency team. Nick brings a wealth of experience having managed cases and appeared in disputes in all major Courts and Tribunals.
Nick has a broad commercial litigation practice having acted for a variety of private businesses, high net worth individuals and sporting organisations, including AFL Clubs.
In addition to his commercial litigation practice, Nick is also experienced in personal and corporate insolvency having worked with and provided advice to insolvency practitioners, financially distressed clients and creditors on all aspects of the insolvency process.
Nick prides himself on providing clients with clear, succinct, strategic, and accurate advice.

A busy schedule with two young children, Nick manages to enjoy a game of golf, follow both Cricket and Rugby League, and has an interest in horse racing.
